![]() ![]() Rich Morgan President Rich Morgan got started in radio at age 14 in Yorktown, VA. He came to WRAR in 1977 and was Program Director until 1987. Rich is President of Real Media Incorported, the parent company of both WRAR and River Country 100.9, and he anchors the WRAR Morning Show. Rich and his wife Robin have two sons. After work, Rich enjoys golf and is highly involved in the Essex County Little League, and is a VHSL volleyball official ![]() Tom Davis Vice President Tom Davis has been in the radio business since 1975. He has worked his entire career in the Northern Neck and Middle Penninsula area, in both sales and on the air. Tom joined the WRAR staff in January of 2002 as afternoon-drive personality. In January 2004, Tom was moved to the WRAR Morning Show and handles the news and sports duties. He has emceed over 1,000 events around the area from parades, beauty contests, and mud bogs, to ball games, and remotes. Tom enjoys baseball, baseball stats and baseball history, and coaches a men's 40-and-over fall softball team. One thing Tom likes to do is meet people. His goal is to meet 5 new people a day. Tom has married over 325 couples in the past 20 year. He is a licenced Marriage Commisioner for the State of Virginia. Tom is Vice-President of Real-Media, the parent company of WRAR and River Country 100.9 ![]() Betty Osburn Announcer/ Sales Betty was born and raised in the Northern Neck, and has an identical twin sister, upon whom she blames everything! She is married, with two teenage daughters. Betty has been with WRAR for nearly ten years, and a part of the Morning Show for the last four. ![]() Billy Flynn Program Director/ Announcer Billy was hired to bring a bit of Anarchy to the WRAR hallways. He puts all the songs on the air ya know and love. He is living a dream and could explain the dazed expression. or to put it in his words "Life is just a ride" ![]() Jon Stallard Vice President & Chief Bottle Washer Jon is a Richmond, VA native who began his broadcast career at WRAR back in 1985, and has since worked in Hampton Roads, Richmond, and DC radio markets. He returned to WRAR as an announcer and advertising consultant in the summer of 2000. As of the summer of 2006, he is part-owner and Vice-President of Real Media, the parent company of WRAR and River Country 100.9. Jon has three daughters, numerous useless academic degrees, two cats and a beautiful wife with infinite patience. In his spare time he is a sometime writer, painter, historian, anglophile, and student of all things '80s. When he grows up he wants to be a superhero. ![]() Terry Brooks Secretary/ Treasurer Terry Brooks started as Office Manager at WRAR in 1983. Today she is part-owner, and serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Real Media, the parent company of both WRAR and River Country 100.9 in Warsaw. She and her husband Craig have a teenage son, Hunter. In her spare time Terry enjoys fishing, boating and hanging out with her family and friends.
![]() Frank S. Miner Announcer/ Chief Engineer Frank is a technical wizard and the King of Multi-tasking. He is the station Engineer, the voice of the 9 a.m. and noon newscasts. Frank has the distinction of having been the engineer at WRAR in 1970, when the station first signed on. |
