Tom Davis

Kilmarnock native and veteran radio personality Tom Davis has been in radio on the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula since 1975. He’s worked at WKWI in Kilmarnock and since January 2002 at WRAR, where he’s hosted the afternoon-drive show and now handles news and sports duties on the morning show and occasionally handles remote broadcasts. He is often out in the community serving as Master of Ceremonies for parades, beauty contests, and other events. Tom is also Vice President of Real-Media, parent company of WRAR and WNNT, “River Country 107.5.” An avid baseball fan, Tom is also a licensed Marriage Commissioner who has officiated at more than 500 ceremonies.

Rich Morgan

Rich Morgan Born in Pennsylvania, Rich Morgan has been on the air in Virginia since he began his 40-year career in broadcasting at his high-school station in Yorktown at age 14. He joined the WRAR staff in 1977, and for a decade served as the station’s program director. Currently co-host of the WRAR Morning Show, Rich also serves as President of Real-Media, WRAR and WNNT’s parent company. He manages both stations and is in charge of advertising. A certified high-school volleyball official, he also coaches middle-school golf and helps out with the Essex County Little League baseball program.

Betty Osburn

Betty Osburn is no stranger to the region. Born in Lewisetta on the Northern Neck, she has been working at WRAR for 16 years. She started out in advertising and is still active in sales for the station, but 7 years ago she moved behind the microphone to become an on-air personality. Currently she co-hosts the WRAR Morning Show with Rich, Tom, and Jon, and appears with Lisa on WNNT’s Swap Shop. Away from the station she spends her time fishing and bird-watching, and enjoying the “Rivah” lifestyle with her family.

Jon Stallard

Richmond native Jon Stallard began his broadcasting career at WRAR in 1985. In the past 25 years he’s worked at Lite 98 in Richmond, B101.5 in Fredericksburg, and in Hampton. He returned to WRAR in the summer of 2000 as an announcer and advertising consultant. Now on air as host of WRAR’s late morning show is also Vice-President of Real-Media, parent company of WRAR and its sister station WNNT. Jon is a writer and genealogy buff who also enjoys history (especially the ‘history’ of the 1980’s)—and comic books.
