Tappahannock VA (VDOT) - The Virgina Department of Transmsportation plans to close one lane of the Dowming Bridge at Tappahannock bewteen 6 p.m. Monday, February 6th and 4 a.m. Tuesday morning, February 7th. VDOT will conduct final tasks relating to the rehabililtation of the bridge which began in the fall of 2010.
